So, at the beginning of this month, I wrote "OCTOBER GOALS" on our massive dry-erase-board...I kind of thought that it would be me and a handful of other people who would write their goals up there.
I was genuinely, and PLEASANTLY, surprised, when almost every member of our gym eagerly said, "GIMME THAT PEN!" and wrote their goal on the board.
By this point in the month, MANY of our members have already met or exceeded their goals...
This morning, Randy exceeded his goal of "30 Unbroken Bodyweight Back Squats" by doing 31 without re-racking the barbell. Nice work, Randy!
Representing the Heavyweight Division, it gets a little harder to do them "unbroken" when you weigh 250 pounds! But, Joe did a great job and showed a lot of strength, anyway!!!
