Yes! We DO do Bench Press at Valley Crossfit...but NOT because "it's Chest Day!"

NOT to "blitz, bomb, and blast" your pecs!

We Bench Press to build RAW UPPER BODY PUSHING STRENGTH!!! And, because it's a part of the Crossfit workouts "Linda" and "Lynne," plus a few other non-standard Crossfit WOD's that are pretty dang cool!
